Visual Merchandiser-TUMI

• Act as the main point of contact for all facets of Visual Merchandising activities for existing directly-operated retail stores and planned new store openings along with VM manager

• Coordinate Visual Merchandising activities with distributors/clients for partner-operated stores and other wholesale POS under the supervision from VM manager

• Ensure that all stores and POS in field implement VM at the highest possible standards in- line with global guidelines and standards

• Develop, propose, and implement creative executions for window and in-store upgrades

• Work closely with other departments, distributors to ensure all VM/in-store POP materials orders are placed/received as per the direction and market needs

• Plan and conduct periodic VM training to store staff

• Support off-line retail event on the VM display to ensure the best brand presentation
