Job Summary/Purposes

工作概要/目的

The Department Manager is a professional in the assigned goods category who is responsible for promoting brand loyalty to customers in the luxury goods sector in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative objectives assigned for the division involved. He/she represents the company and is a proactive sales professional who operates according to the policies fixed by the Store Manager.

部门经理作为部门商品类别的专业人士,负责提升奢侈品消费者对本品牌的忠诚度,从而确保达成该部门的定性定量指标。他/她代表公司,应遵循公司、店铺经理制定的相关政策,积极主动得履行专业销售人员的职责。

? Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.

确保自身以及员工符合公司关于形象、仪容仪表的要求,能够体现公司形象。

? Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.

确保店铺形象符合公司标准,所有员工清楚知晓公司标准。

? Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and treatments and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained.

确保在迎宾、接待客人等环节提供优质的客户服务,指导销售人员确保客户满意,并达到我们品牌的质量标准。

? Cooperates with the other Department Managers regarding all issues related to the product and internal processes.

与其他部门经理合作处理与产品及内部流程相关的事项。

? Personally manages all delicate situations regarding issues related to the product.

亲自处理所有与货品有关的棘手问题。

? Promotes customer loyalty, follows Top clients as well as VIPs.

提高客户忠诚度,跟进重要客人及VIP客人。

? Analyses sales based on corporate reports and verifies warehouse stock for the division involved. Communicates on a daily basis technical and stock information related to the product to the Staff in the Department.

根据公司报告分析销售业绩,确认部门库存情况,并每天与本部门员工进行沟通。

? Punctually submits all the quantitative and qualitative information to the Merchandising Retail at Headquarters in order to communicate any requirements and to predict any possible issues.

按时向总部的采购部门提交所有定性定量信息,以便反应自身需求并预测可能出现的问题。

? Ensures that the display of the Department involved is in order and supervises product rotation.

确保与该部门有关的物品陈列有序,有效监控货品流转。

? Optimises warehouse management in order to make the stocking of goods as efficient as possible in terms of sales, in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.

? Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition and communicates this information to the Staff.

? Assigns targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing the results, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments.

? Achieves planning, organizes and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.

完成预定计划,组织计划相关活动,合理规划可用资源以完成预计的工作量。

? Keeps staff informed at all times regarding Store performance.

及时沟通以确保所有员工了解店铺经营状况和业绩。

? Ensures internal procedures are followed.

确保符合公司内部流程。

? Verifies the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse for the division involved and updates the staff.

确证该部门有关的货物在仓库内合理流传,并及时告知相关员工。
