To support VM Manager on handling store special setup, VM projects from the initiation till completion, which require different department coordination and cooperation, third party liaison with contractor and vendor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Key responsibility 1

＞ Assist to plan & execute Special setup

- Assist VM manager to liaise with other internal (Marketing, Retail, Specialists depts.) and

external parties to maintain the consistent/smooth operation and execution

- Liaise with vendor on creative, design and production, installation.

 Key responsibility 2

＞ On-site support VM/event setup

- Control the implementation of VM setups by local contractors, and display on-site.

- Maintain a good filing system and stock storage system, to ensure all project materials are properly kept with clear and easy tracking, VM News, sample board, mock-up photos, and completion report.

- Liaise with local contractor to follow up the inspection report

- Consolidate completion photos and submit VM Report to HQ VM

 Key responsibility 3

＞ Assist to visit and control specialist VM matters:

- Assist Senior VM to handle specialist VM relevant matters by region, e.g. PLV orders, sales accessories orders.

- Visit and control specialist VM, and provide on-site training quarterly.

- Supervise store managers on display rotation and adjustment.

- Liaise with local supplier on hoarding graphics, light box and iconographies’ proposal, production and installation schedule.

- Liaise with marketing and commercial dept. on new specialist opening VM plans.

- Manage specialist opening display and provide the on-site training for store staffs.
