Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team through example on the sales floor.
- Optimize sales of merchandise through impeccable service by providing product knowledge, applying selling skills and interacting with customers.
- Work closely with sales staff and assist the Store Manager in training and developing sales associates as above.
- Participate in employee evaluations and the day-to-day performance follow-up with the sales team.
- Motivate employees so as to encourage them to perform at their highest levels, in order to optimize sales.
- Implement staff scheduling as defined by Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- College or above education background
- Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2-3 years specialty management, former shoe sales experience will be a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset, detail and result - oriented
- Be fashion forward, have passion for the shoe industry/luxury-goods industry
- Be enthusiastic,and have a positive attitude
