1.协助店经理完成店铺业绩
组织本店团队开展终端品牌推广，领导团队制定本店销售计划，组织完成专卖店销售目标，本店顾客维护管理等。
2.人才培养
对于团队中的每个人，寻找她们身上的长处和优点，为公司培养储备人才,负责员工的内部配置，合理安排专卖店员工班次，形成高效团队，并促进销售工作开展和店内销售氛围的建立。
3.客户关系维护
有自己的CRM维护系统，长期维护顾客关系，建立顾客维护体系，形成忠实顾客群。
4.店铺陈列
担任店铺陈列主要负责人，维护店内日常陈列形象。
5.店铺运营
负责管理店铺运作以及一些日常事务性工作分配和员工调动；管理货品货存确保货存记录无误差。
