职位描述:

1. Finance & Accounting 财务和会计

To be responsible for the daily finance and accounting matters and operation controls of local entity

负责管理日常财务会计事务和本地实体的运营控制

To be responsible for local financial accounting & taxation

负责本地财务会计和纳税管理

To maintain good communication with local tax officials and other related government agents

与当地税务机构和其他相关政府机构保持良好的沟通

To conduct finance review on local non-trade payments to ensure their validity, reasonableness and budget control

对本地非贸易付款业务进行财务审查,确保其有效性、合理性,并符合预算控制

To provide general management & coordination to local Inventory Control (IC) function to ensure accuracy of stock records, safeguard of inventory assets, and adequate controls in IC operation

对本地存货管理运作进行综合管理和协调,确保库存记录精确,库存资产安全,充分控制存货管理运营

To provide general support and coordination to local sales staff commission & incentive calculation & communication

对本地销售人员的提成和奖金的计算及沟通提供全面的支持和协调

To maintain good communication with local banks to obtain adequate operation and marketing supports from the bank

To coach the local finance team members on personal development and provide on the job training on required skills to support the needs of the business (not just finance, but also non-finance) 在个人发展方面指导当地财务团队成员,并在工作中提供必要的技能培训,以支持工作需求(不仅是财务,也包括非财务)

To balance and prioritise the tasks among the team members平衡团队成员之间的任务并确定其优先级

To ensure delivery of timely and accurate monthly BS, P&L & financial KPIs with commentary highlighting significant issues impacting performance

2. Operational support and communication 运营支持与沟通

To work with management team and headquarter finance to develop local budget, followed by ongoing performance measurement & reporting together with expenditure budget control

To participate in local business planning & implementation

参与本地业务规划与实施

To represent finance function in local management/operation meetings

To interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis and recommendations

To assist Regional finance team in commercial terms’ review for local trade contracts and other key contracts

协助区域财务团队审查本地贸易合同和其他重要合同的商业条款

To drive efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible by streamlining and optimise the key accounting and reporting processes after alignment with regional and headquarter financeteam where appropriate.” 在与中国区和总部财务团队协调后,通过精简和优化关键的会计和报告流程,尽可能提高效率和节约成本

To ensure that financial practices are sound and in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and prevailing legislation as well as company guidelines, policies and procedures

To prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant reporting, accounting standards and taxation requirements

To liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers and relevant local PRC government authorities as required

To establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards on the Company’s assets

To identify and report weakness in controls & non-compliance matters promptly, and to work with regional and headquarter finance team on immediate action and implementation of appropriate changes thereon迅速发现并报告控制和违规事项中的薄弱环节,并与中国区和总部财务团队合作,立即采取行动并对其进行适当的更改

To review and propose policies and procedures to enhance internal controls such that they reflect sound business practices and remain relevant over time in a continuously evolving business environment

Key Competence Required关键能力素质要求:

Minimum 10 years related working experience & at least 5 years team leading exp., with retail working experience is a plus 10年以上相关工作经验,至少5年以上团队带领经验,有零售行业工作经验者优先

Multinational company background is preferred, English level is required 有跨过公司工作经验者优先,具备良好的英文听说读写能力

University graduate with CCPA is required 大学本科以上学历,具备CCPA资质

Analytic and detail-oriented, with good organizational skills

Self-motivated, with high initiative and able to work with minimal supervision 自我驱动能力,主动性强并且能够在最少的监督下工作
