MAIN PURPOSE
Work under the supervision of the project manager. He or she guides the project step by step to make sure that all tasks are being done properly and that goals that have been set for the project have been met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1
Prepare project plan and budget.
Key responsibility 2
Inspect project process to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
Key responsibility 3
Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project manager
Key responsibility 4
Follow up on maintenance issues to ensure the quality standard remains after boutique opens.
Key responsibility 5
Attend project coordination and landlord/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
Key responsibility 6
Responsible for supporting the team in an administrative capacity and manage the filing and information database.
