MISSION:
The mission of Retail Operation Executive is to support retail team to carry out solid boutique operations. Help to consolidate the boutique information and expenses. Support for some special group and maison projects.
OFFICE LOCATION: Shanghai, China
REPORTING TO: Retail Operation Manager
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Strong functional line of reporting with retail team
Liaise with: Boutique Mangers & Staffs
Work closely with: Group finance, Group Security, CRM, SDP & VM and external vendor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Key responsibility 1 – Full responsible for all boutique operation job
Monthly boutique T&E control & tracking
Retail vendor monthly payment
Boutique staff information system maintenance & O-Chart Update
Boutique staff uniform management
Support retail commercial newsletter
Key responsibility 2 – Boutique Network Information Consolidation
Boutique information system maintenance: Opening & internalization / Floor plan / Btq photo etc
New Boutique opening checklist
Internalization project checklist
Key responsibility 3 – Other relative retail issue following
Cooperate with communication and events team regarding tactical media and events to support boutique sales
Cooperate with CRM to consolidation clients’ information and gifts preparation.
Assist Retail Director and Retail office team for daily administration work
Support for some special projects such as new system launch etc.
PROFILE:
“Hard”
4 year University Degree and proven tracking record in previous employment
Good English and Mandarin skills
Basic Computer skill, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
“Soft”
Good communication skill and team working spirit
Commercial and retail understanding
Positive attitude
Be patient and stable
