JOB SUMMARY 岗位概要

Manages regional store operations to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness.

Stays abreast of competitive environment. Is responsible for the profitability of corporately own stores in the given regions/areas and maintaining strong operational cadence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责

1. Manage Regional Store Operations to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiencies, and effectiveness

管理所负责区域的门店运营,以保证高产能、高效率及有效性

• Ensure the correct departmental structure, staffing, and scheduling is in place and maintained to ensure value for our customer

确保部门架构,人员配置,和排程的准确性,以保证顾客的接待

• Ensures operational readiness and execution by auditing facility, floor condition, and housekeeping to standards that have been set forth to meet or exceed customer expectations

通过核对设备、楼层情况以及保持清洁,确保随时就绪的运作状态,甚至可以达到超过顾客预期的标准

• Is responsible for the effective execution of all advertised events and promotions in all corporately owned stores in given regions/area

负责所有广告活动和促销在爱室丽直营店的有效执行

• Lead all store team on sales processes to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals

• Create a culture of performance by conducting an aggressive planning and goal setting process that fuels future business growth

• Actively coaches, mentors, and manages communications with all employees through effective meetings, individual one-on-one coaching, and all communication mediums

• Ensures the company’s sales process is followed in specified regions/area order to identify customer needs and to provide solutions for their home furnishing needs throughout the customer buying cycles

2. Is responsible for competitive shopping within the region and ensuring all associates are knowledgeable on Ashley Furniture product, competitor’s product and can provide a selling story to assist the customer in making a well-informed purchasing decision

3. Makes employment recommendations such as hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, terminations, pay adjustments. Tracks employee time-keeping and absenteeism

在招聘、改进方案、转型、晋升、离职以及薪资调整方面可以提供建议。跟踪员工的出勤和缺勤率

4. Works closely with the departments of Marketing/Advertising, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising, Warehouse and Human Resources in managing the overall retail operations

5. Attend all training sessions when required

6. Manage and improve functional area performance measures through use and interpretation of Continuous Improvement tools. Improve working conditions and processes (safety, quality, productivity, costs) including supporting and directing employees to participate in improvement programs.

9. According to the marketing goals of sales prospects, formulate detailed plans

• Assist expansion of all stores in sales, gather information of premises, seek target goals and assist in organizing different activities

辅导店面拓展前景营销工作,收集汇总楼盘信息,寻找销售目标楼盘,进行开发拓展工作,协助店面组织策划开发楼盘的各项活动;

• Assist cooperation between all corporate stores and property developers and property management, such as prototype room and display

辅导店面与楼盘开发商以及物业等合作,开展各类合作方式,如样板间,物业摆放等;

• Assist all corporate stores in developing decoration company, design studio and designer resources

辅导店面开拓装饰公司,设计工作室,设计师资源;

• Assist all corporate stores for more brand alliance activities

辅导店面开拓品牌联盟活动;

• Conduct regular research of competitive brands in corporate market, report market analysis to company

定期调研市场竞争品牌,向公司提供市场分析汇报。

• Collect the advanced marketing information and customers’ suggestions, put forward recommendations to marketing strategy and after-sales service.

收集一线营销信息和前景营销客户意见,对公司营销策略、售后服务等提出参考意见。

• Assist stores in conducting home visiting and directing to complete designing scheme

辅导店面开展家访工作,指导店面完成各类设计方案制作。

10. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail, or Supervisory Management required or equivalent work experience

2. Experience

• 5-10 years retail experience required preferably in furniture environment

• 3-5 years of management experience required

3. Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office software

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ashley Product

• Legalities in the workplace

• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools

• Document Management Systems

• Record Management

• Retail operations

• Stores – 36 weeks between Shanghai (18), Suzhou (9) and Hangzhou (9);
